Refund and Replacement Policy

Refund Requests At Dreamy Custom, we strive to ensure that every custom item meets your expectations. We understand that sometimes a change of mind can occur. As such, we offer a 48-hour window from the time of purchase during which you can request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dreamycustom.com with your order details.

Please note that refund requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Once this window has closed, we are unable to offer refunds as the custom fabrication process for your item will have begun.

Replacement and Repairs We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, if your item has a manufacturing defect or experiences damage under normal usage, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost. To request a replacement or repair, please email us at support@dreamycustom.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
