Refund and Replacement Policy

Please note that refund requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Once this window has closed, we are unable to offer refunds as the custom fabrication process for your item will have begun.

Replacement and Repairs We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, if your item has a manufacturing defect or experiences damage under normal usage, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
