Refund Requests At Dreamy Custom, we strive to ensure that every custom item meets your expectations. We understand that sometimes a change of mind can occur. As such, we offer a 48-hour window from the time of purchase during which you can request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dreamycustom.com with your order details.
Please note that refund requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. Once this window has closed, we are unable to offer refunds as the custom fabrication process for your item will have begun.
Replacement and Repairs We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, if your item has a manufacturing defect or experiences damage under normal usage, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost. How should I choose the stamp pattern for the wax seal?
We offer specific designs that just need to be replaced with your personal monogram, name or date. If you have a logo of your own design, you can choose to upload an image for us to create.
Is a wax stamp the same as a wax seal?
A 'Wax Stamp' is exactly that, it is a stamp that is used to create an impression into wax. The end result is known simply as a Wax Seal.
How many wax seals per stamp?
You can make around 6 - 7 seals with a stick of sealing wax, when used with our 30mm wax seal stamp. Create around 8-9 seals per stick when used with our 25mm stamp.
Do I need to buy the bottom candle separately?
Not necessary, our set includes the candle burning at the bottom.
